How you cancel your Spotify subscription will differ depending on how you signed up. While most users will need to opt out from the Spotify website directly, some may need to opt out through their iOS settings or through their carrier.

How to unsubscribe from Spotify on iPhone?
Cancel your Spotify subscription directly
Go to the site spotify.com/account
Select Change plan in your account
Now select Cancel premium and confirm the change
Cancel Spotify from Apple
If you originally subscribed to Spotify premium through an iOS in-app purchase:
Download the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Click your name above
Now select Subscriptions
Tap Spotify and select Cancel at the bottom
Cancel Spotify through your carrier
If you don’t see the option to cancel using the options above, your Spotify subscription may have started with your mobile carrier (or is already a free account):
Sign in to your carrier account
Search for streaming apps/services
Select to cancel Spotify
Please call your carrier if you have problems canceling
Please note that if you cancel your Spotify Premium subscription, your account will not be deleted, but will be changed to the free plan (the premium tier will be available until the next billing cycle).
